2. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on www.health4me.dk and form the agreement between the customer and Health4me ApS.

3. Ordering and Payment

All prices in the webshop are stated in EUR and include Danish VAT, unless otherwise specified. Orders are placed via our webshop. Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

We accept the following payment methods:

• MobilePay
• Direct bank transfer

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to EU countries and other selected international destinations within 3–5 business days. Delivery is handled by GLS or UPS. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

We aim to keep items in stock to ship your order as quickly as possible, but delays may occur.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and return the item in unused condition and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

6. Complaints and Customer Support

If your item is defective or damaged, you are entitled to file a complaint within 24 months in accordance with Danish consumer law. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with documentation of the issue.

Health4me ApS is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third parties, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute between the customer and Health4me ApS shall be governed by Danish law and settled by Danish courts.
