Hydrogen Therapy and Haemodialysis — What a Bioactive Dialysis Trial Showed

A 2010 clinical trial in Nephrology Dialysis Transplantation tested a novel haemodialysis system delivering hydrogen-enriched dialysis solution to chronic dialysis patients. The treatment reduced post-dialysis blood pressure, lowered the need for antihypertensive medication, decreased systemic inflammation markers (MCP-1, MPO), and eased chronic dialysis-related fatigue.
