Red Light Therapy and Chronic Low Back Pain — What a Meta-Analysis Found

A 2022 systematic review and meta-analysis in Clinical Rehabilitation pooled randomised controlled trials of laser-based photobiomodulation in adults with chronic non-specific low back pain. The pooled analysis showed clinically meaningful pain reduction compared with control conditions, with disability outcomes pointing in the same direction.
